What is transferprinting? How does the transferpringting works?
in transfer printing, the colours that were previously applied to a special transfer paper by screen printing are applied to the paper,
transferred to your desired article with a thermal press. With this procedure you get a result on your clothes,
which remains flexible, is colourfast and can be washed at 40°, 60° or 90°C. In addition, the result is very true to detail
and has extremely intense colours.

Embroider textiles with logos online at low cost

You would like to have your workwear or club clothing printed with high quality? Then cotton ART is the right choice for you. We offer you a high standard in quality and processing and you benefit from our low programming costs for embroidery cards. For us, too, only the best is good enough, and we only use quality yarns which comply with the Oeko-Tex® Standard 100, Made in Germany. Our embroidery workshop in Hanover always has more than 500 yarn colours in all Pantone® and HKS colours in stock. We offer you an almost unbeatable service for coloured embroidery patterns.

✔ Your logo will be embroidered with up to 15 colours without colour surcharge. This means that you can obtain high-quality embroidered textiles at reasonable prices, which can also be washed at up to 95°C.

✔ We embroider all textiles from one piece. Again, our low programming costs for the embroidery card come into play - regardless of the type of motif.

✔ Just send us your logo in the following file formats: eps, ai, pdf, tiff, jpg, png. We can thus embroider your textiles with motifs up to a maximum size of approx. 45 cm x 52 cm individually with your logo.

Printing textiles online at low cost

In addition to our high-quality embroideries we also offer high-quality textile printing. Here you can choose between different variations. The printing technique which is used depends to a large extent on the quality and texture of the fabrics and the number of pieces. Digital printing is ideal for small quantities and all materials such as cotton, polyester, mixed fabrics, softshell and many other materials.

The maximum dimensions of the printed area are 30 cm x 42 cm and your printed logo will shine in true colour and detail. Here, too, you benefit from prompt workflows, as your data can be transferred directly to our digital printer. Printed textiles of this kind are washable at 40°C. We also offer you the more complex possibility to provide your textiles with transfer printing. By screen printing the motif is pressed onto a transfer paper and then transferred to your textiles by means of a thermal press. This printing variant is suitable for single-coloured and multicoloured motives and pictures. Here too, you can rely on detailed representation and intensive colours according to Pantone®. For workwear we offer exclusively a special printing process that can withstand high washing temperatures of up to 95°C.

Our flock and flex printing is especially for sportswear such as sports shirts, even elastic jerseys can be printed without any problems. For example, you can have names and numbers of the athletes printed on jerseys. This variant is best suited for small quantities of up to 25 textiles. With these printing variants we can print your logos or motifs with glitter effects and metallic as well as neon and reflective colours. These textiles can be washed at 40°C and will not change colour even after frequent washing.
