Generally excluded from return:
- special colours, refined goods, articles under a value of 5,-€/net
- For hygienic reasons caps, hats, scarves and underwear
- Shirts and blouses (except shirts/blouses of the brand ETERNA®)
Incorrectly ordered articles or sizes can only be returned under the following conditions.
- A restocking fee of 10% of the value of the goods will be deducted.
- Textiles will only be accepted in their original packaging and uncrumpled condition.
- Damaged product packaging will be deducted.
- The buyer bears the costs of return shipment.
- The return period is 14 days after receipt of the goods.

If you would like to exchange ordered goods, we unfortunately do not have the possibility to exchange directly.
However, you can return the unsuitable item and reorder it from us in our online shop at www.cotton-art.de.
The buyer must ensure that incoming goods are checked as quickly as possible.
Complaints must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
A complaint after finishing (printing, embroidery etc.) of the delivered goods is excluded if the defect would have been detectable before. All warranty claims are void here. wrong deliveries caused by us will of course be returned free of charge. we will send you a return note or have the goods collected from you.
